Good overall but lengthy and very burecratic process with lots of forms to fill out

Took several days to even get my car posted for transport initially because of all of the forms and back and forth the agent required. Previously I've shipped my car before (with a different company) and had it posted in under 30 minutes with one phone call, so this was quite frustrating for me - all sorts of extra and optional insurances, waivers and acknowledgements to review and accept or decline. It felt like I was applying for a mortgage. Also as I was shipping from an out of the way location but had specific requirements for pick-up and delivery dates and was looking for some guidance from someone experienced on how likely I was to get an acceptance and any ways to make the listing more attractive. I basically got no help - just "post it and we'll see". Eventually I decided to change the listing so that it would be posted as being picked up from a large city and then ask the driver if they could come and get it from my smaller location. That did work but again I got no help or suggestions from the agent. I had to come up with any suggestions myself - It was like pulling teeth to get any helpful information. In the end everything worked out, but I was quite frustrated by the amount of paperwork that I had to read and fill out to initiate the process as well as how much I had to figure out to get the listing entered in a way to get a trucking company interested. Also they will quote you a decent price to start but that really only means it will be the minimum price. The trucking company that accepts your load will determine the final (typically higher) price. AmeriFreight charges a steep fee on top of the trucking price.

His vehicle was dispatched within 2 days of his first available release date, picked up on the exact estimated date, and even delivered early.
