I have done this before and got very lucky choosing this company. Ali Jones was the one I spoke with many times - she was very friendly, personable and understanding. I am in my late sixties and she was very gracious, patient and understanding to assist me through the online process.

Everything she said was true, the car came and went as I was told and I used her again when I had to return from California.
It makes a big difference when you feel you can trust someone with your private possessions. I highly recommend them.
