I needed to ship my car from VA to Ma relatively quick. I called and they gave me a quote the same day. About a full workday later they found me a carrier at a couple hundred more than the quoted price. They told me that i by no means have to use this carrier and that if i wait just a little bit i could get another carrier for a lower price. Sure enough the next day i had a carrier willing to take my car for only a little more than the quoted price. I went ahead with it and the car was picked up and delivered on time. Good communication throughout the process, very helpful and knowledgeable.
