Ali went above and beyond on providing timely and accurate information and customer support from the start to the end. She even found someone to pickup my vehicle the same day I placed the request, and immediately she contacted and followed up with me to ensure the vehicle was loaded on the truck that day and on its way. That day I think spoke about 7+ times with Ali, and she was always courteous and answer all my questions. This is a clear example of an outstanding customer service that surpasses anyone's expectation.
