Our number one goal is excellent customer service; not only through our office staff, but also through the carriers we contract with. We desire to only partner with carriers that provide a top rate service to our customers. We consider anything less than excellent service as unacceptable. When our customers have a poor experience, we are sure to make note. We will not continue to work with carriers that do not provide excellent and respectable service to our customers.
