I was surprised how quickly Amerifreight found a carrier. Therefore, I had very little time to research the carrier company. I was already apprehensive about using a broker due to the fact that one doesn't deal with the carrier right up until the vehicle is picked up. When I finally had a chance to read the two reviews that were available on the carrier which read, "late" and "requested more money" and "held car hostage", panic set-in. By this time, my vehicle was already in transit so there wasn't much I could do except to prepare for what was to come. Since, the tentative delivery date was Christmas eve, I figured that I wait until the 26th before asking the company to track my vehicle. Surprisingly, my vehicle arrived on Christmas day and luckily, the driver did not demand more money.
