Never having transported a vehicle before, this process was new to me. My rep was very courteous and led me through the process. My only problem was the wait time to get a quote. And the fact that I had to get a hold of my rep to see what was taking so long. Apparently if you ask for too low of a preferred quote and it's a busy time of year, no one will take the job. Within 6 weeks, the price to ship went up $500! Just the way it goes and no fault on the part of my rep, Jeff. Once I agreed to a price, I was in contact with the person picking up my vehicle and all went smooth. Amerifreight will find the best price out there, so I would definitely recommend them.
