Ali Jones was great!!! Easy to work through the whole process and kept me informed. She followed up after the delivery to make sure I was satisfied. They had trouble getting someone to pick up the car at the original agreed upon price, but I am not sure if it was because of where my car was located. Once we changed the location search to include a larger town 10 miles away we got better results. The driver who picked up and delivered my car was fantastic. Overall I would say it was a very good experience except for the extra cost. If I ever needed to ship a car again I would use them.!!
