Ali was great. She kept me updated informed throughout the process. Price was a bit more than quoted but I can live with it. I was extremely pleased when Ali was honest and transparent about one contractor not responding to our acceptance in a timely manner. She promptly found me a replacement within the same delivery window. Contractor was great and he stayed in touch the entire time. Answered all calls and questions. I wasn't offered any incentive to make this post, should I be offended? Just a joke but I am happy to post an earned positive review.
