First time using an auto transport service. Ali called within the hour after receiving my email request. She explained the whole process to me, including fees. Within 30 minutes, she had called with 3 offers from transport companies. I scheduled with one company for pickup the following day. The driver actually called and said since he was in Myrtle Beach, SC, he could swing through Raleigh, NC that night and pickup the vehicle. 4 hours later, vehicle was inspected by driver and me, and picked up.

8 days later. Vehicle arrived in Twentynine Palms, CA, in the same condition as it left.

Under vehicle condition, there should be a place for 'No Damage', 'Vehicle in same condition', etc.
