My customer representative Ali Jones did a wonderful job and overall, I rated her a 4 star. I would have liked to rate her higher, however, I chose this company based upon a quote of $800 US Dollars for the cost of shipping from Aberdeen, MD to San Antonio, Tx. The actual cost of the transport was $1,125 US Dollars, quite a difference from the original quote. To me, honesty between customer and ownership is paramount to success of any business - would I ship again with this company..I might think twice before shipping my car again.
