The actual transport of the vehicle went off as planned in the final order. The only problem I had was the process of getting to the final order. The customer service was vague as to the process until I had signed an official order. That made it difficult to make plans that also matched up with the plans we had for departure. Because of the vagueness and difficulty I had to select a different carrier which cost slightly more for the final costs. Even with the problems I think it went well and I would use them again. Just make sure you educate yourself on the whole process
