Good service, unclear process

My car arrived safely and everything went fine. It took from Dec 31 when I initially called to mid January to get the car, not bad. The part I didn't like was that the fees were NOT broken down clearly upfront and the entire broker related process was very confusing. In addition to the price quoted there was also a fee charged by Amerifreight, so I was not initially given an accurate total and the whole thing came out closer to 1k than I'd expected from our previous conversations. More clarity around who charges what upfront would be good, because it seemed generally a fair process.
