First and foremost, if you're looking to speak to a professional, knowledgeable shipping agent, call Lecia Phillips! She has helped me ship my car twice now, and I have yet to be disappointed. Quick to find reliable carriers even when under a time crunch! The estimated load date and delivery date are accurate for the most part and is definitely convenient when you have a strict schedule. If I ever need to ship my vehicle again, Lecia will be the first agent I would contact!
