From initial phone call with Jorge to delivery of my vehicle from GA to Az was 5 days. Amazingly, it was picked up Fri PM and arrived Mon AM. Jorge was exceptionally helpful and had found an acceptable bid within a half hour of our initial contact. Fern Transportation was our carrier and Iris and John were super helpful, polite and professional. Iris spent hours on the phone with my sister updating her on the pickup time. John was equally flexible and cooperative in delivering the vehicle. All in all, an experience I had anticipated with considerable trepidation was handled about as perfectly as it can get.
Although I received compensation (small discount) for leaving an honest review, it had no impact on my enthusiasm over the experience.
