The entire experience was excellent. Graham was very thorough in explaining his role and the plan of action as we moved forward. This situation was new to me and I appreciate his assistance as he guided me through expectations for both sides of the transport. The driver of the car carrier was very friendly and communicated with me throughout the transport.
I will certainly recommend this company to my 'snowbird' friends!
