I called to get an estimate for my 2009 Toyota Rav 4 and they were crystal clear on cost. I asked for express pick up options and it was worth it. The carrier was friendly, called me 1 hour before they came. Pick up took about 15 minutes. I called for an update at the midpoint and they estimated the delivery date.
Nothing went wrong with the processes so this review may not be all that helpful. I called, paid, they picked up my car and dropped it off, it was pretty much what you would want to happen when shipping a car.
