Since this was my first time using this type of system I was confused how it worked. My first phone call was confusing to me. I was unaware the the first company was a broker who quoted a "offer" for carriage on a bulletin board and multiple companies would see it and then could accept the offer for carriage. The company I first called was not the actual carrier, another company did the actual carriage. This was confusing at first but after the first call, I was able to figure it out.
Also, I was surprised that the carrier required cash payment upon delivery. This could have been an issue since I was not the accepting party and I needed to arrange for a friend to accept delivery with cash. Car was picked up at 7pm Wed, delivered Thurs 9am so obtaining cash might have been an issue.
Overall, I would use this company again now that I know some more details.
