I was really impressed by the speed and service of my car shipment. It only took 5 days for my car to reach LA from DC!

One thing to note - since DC is a pretty packed city, you will probably need to drive your car a couple of miles to the outskirts of DC to meet your car carrier. Your car will be delivered to your door in LA, though.
