I was very hesitant and did a lot of research before picking AmeriFreight. I had chosen another broker earlier, but changed to AmeriFreight b/c of they were listed on BBB. My rep, Kenneth, was very good at getting back to me when I had questions. My original rate seem reasonable, but I had to raise it b/c I was not getting any carriers to bid. The deposit seem higher than the other brokers that had quoted me. For this reason, I did not give it all five stars. Once they found the carrier, it was fine. The p/up date was exactly when they said it would be, although it was later in the day. I had the driver's mobile number so I was able to track when my car would arrive. As for the drop-off, my car arrived exactly when I wanted. My overall experience was good and would go through them again.
