Ali was a pleasure to work with as she kept me informed and made sure my car was picked up within the given window. She was very pleasant to speak with over the phone. The driver ended up picking up my car a few hours later than expected, so my roommate signed the paperwork for me as I was already on my plane. However delivery was extremely prompt and the driver was very friendly. If needed, I would be happy to use AmeriFreight again in the future.
