Ali was very responsive to my requests and was able to give me a decent estimate and explanation as to how pricing worked. My car was picked up the day after the first available date by a very courteous driver. It was dark and inspection was a bit of an issue, but I contacted Ali the next day with my concerns. The car arrived in 4 short days. Follow-up calls from Ali assured me that my case was being handled in a professional manner. The car arrived dirty with one small scratch on the hood.
