Pickup was scheduled for approx. 3 weeks after date available, which I thought was a pretty long time, but I wasn't in a particular hurry. The first transport company called the day before pickup to confirm the drop off address and they had the wrong state! They passed on the job then and Amerifreight lined up another transport immediately, who picked up only a day later than promised. I just wonder how on earth such wrong directions were given. Lecia was very pleasant to work with, but the phone connection was usually bad. Amerifreight needs to upgrade their phone system.
