I was very pleased with the whole moving process. I initially called and was walked through payment, bike pick up and delivery timings, options, and rules and regulations. The bike was picked up and loaded without me really having to lift a finger or having to dismantal or drain anything. While originally estimated for a delivery date 5 days after the pick-up, the two guys driving the truck got my bike from PA to MT two days!! They dropped it off at the drop off location where I had a friend accept the bike for me. The whole process was quite easy and went without a hitch. I was very pleased.
