This is my second time using Amerifreight to ship my vehicle across country and I was uniformly pleased with the entire process. Their customer assistance representative Ali was very helpful, contacting me shortly after I had placed my request for a quote to walk me through everything and explain exactly what needed to be done. It took two hours from when I placed my request for a quote into the system until I had a carrier confirmed for delivery with dates and times established. I was told this was unusually fast, but my last time using the company I waited less than a day from initial quote to having a carrier contracted. Everything is explained simply enough a layman can grasp the information and I never felt pressured to purchase any of the higher priced services they offer. From pick-up to delivery I received calls from Ali to ensure timelines were being met by the carrier and that they were handling everything professionally. From date of pickup to delivery was just over a week, and the carrier they used made it very easy to both get my vehicle picked up and delivered from where I lived, despite the fact each location was a residential area decently removed from main roads. If I need to ship my car in the future I would absolutely use them again without hesitation.
