They give you the best quote than any other auto carriers if you are flexible on pick-up and delivery dates. However, you had better consider the rent-a-car cost after early pick-up date or while waiting for delivery. In addition, other carriers' quotes will give you a good idea on the market price. This time, I have a feeling that the initial quote was too cheap compared to the market price. Therefore, they could not find any carriers to bid. So, waiting time was a waste. If they had known the market better and given us the fair quote from the beginning, we would not have to spend so much on the rent-a-car. We also had to pay more than the initial quote to get our car move. It is notable though that their customer service is always honest and prompt. Except the frustration that we did not now when we could receive our car, all of the Amerifreight people were nice to talk to.
