This was my first time using a car transport service and I would like to say that I was completely satisfied with everything. Lecia at Amerifrieght made me feel comfortable from the very start of our first telephone conversation. She was very knowledgeable about the transport process and got me the exact date I wanted to have my car transported. In fact, I called Amerifrieght on a Thursday and received my first offer to have my car picked up on the following day, which actually, was a few days before I wanted my car to be transported. I was still surprised when I received a call from Lecia four days later saying that she had found a carrier that could pick up my car that day, which was the very day that I hade requested. The carrier she selected gave me a good price compared to all of the other car transport companies I had contacted. Lecia called me periodically to update me and to see if things were still running smoothly. She also seemed genuinely concerned about providing me with excellent customer service. Thank You Lecia!!!! I plan to use Amerifreight to return my car back home and I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
