After looking at dozens of shipping services for a cross country move, I settled on AmeriFreight because of their reputation and I'd heard of them from their radio ad campaign. Initial call was very quick and courteous, although I wished my contact, Graham, had done a better job of setting expectations for my next steps after our call. He took my information and told me I'd hear back once they'd found me a carrier within the next 3 business days. I then immediately received a set of emails from him with additional instructions that I had to complete that he hadn't made mention of in our phone conversation. Minor quibble, but I've never transported a car before so a little more explanation on the front end would have been helpful. Other than that, he followed through and set me up with a carrier within 48 hours. Contact with the carrier went smoothly and although the carrier was extremely late on the day of pickup (by nearly 12 hours from his original estimate) I do not fault AmeriFreight. Car arrived without any issues and I'll likely use AmeriFreight again if I have another cross country trip.
