I had the pleasure to work with Dustin to ship my car across the country. I've never shipped the car before, but Dustin helped explain many of the details to me. I opted for additional insurance to protect my car, but it arrived in the same exact condition, albeit a little dirty from the journey. The truck went through several rain storms, so I am told.
Dustin worked hard to secure a carrier for me, calling me as late as 7pm on a Friday night before a three-day holiday weekend! Dedication that was greatly appreciated given my timeline. The car was picked up two days earlier than expected, and arrived a little later than the drivers told me, but within the range of dates quoted.
Overall a very easy experience!
