Overall I was really satisfied with AmeriFreight Car Transportation and the driver.
This was actually my 2nd time for me to ship a vehicle from State to State. The first experience I had to go through wasn't really satisfied. The driver who transport my vehicle actually enjoyed taking a ride with my vehicle on the road and had an extra 70 some mileages. I did report it to police and I couldn't won because the driver didn't wrote the mileage down when he picked my vehicle from origin.
So anyways when I looked through with AmeriFreight reviews everything was great. All the customers were really happy about getting their vehicles back on normal conditions and with no incidents.
So I tried AmeriFreight and see how they were. Mr. Jorge Cruz who was actually my representative took really good care of me. I mean everything he said was all true. Like first it was hard for me to believe with a person that I have never met and so on. I asked all the questions to make sure that if I can trust enough for my vehicle to ship. I mean he was absolutely amazing. Also, I am in military service. and Mr. Jorge here actually introduced me a Veteran who was the driver to ship my vehicle. He was absolutely amazing as well. His name is Steve Meade.
I got my vehicle in 2 days!! Literally he picked up on Wednesday and go to the destination on Friday. It was a big shock. I do not how he did it but i was so happy to see my vehicle again.
One thing I liked about AmeriFreight and the driver was they had an excellent communication on both sides of the trip. They will make sure they will get in to touch with a customer and make sure they are satisfied and to trust them.
I was very happy with the entire process.
If I ever have a reason to ship my vehicle again.
AmeriFreight & Steve Meade will be my only company that I will trust with my vehicle. Highly recommended.
