I used a broker, Amerifreight, to facilitate the transportation of a vehicle from CA to MN. Jessica from AmeriFreight responded to my request for quote within 8 hrs (submitted late Sun. night, responded by early Mon morning). I could not accommodate the 1st pickup time; but, no worries, I didn't lose my place in line. Jessica worked with the transport company, Interstate Roadrunner, and accommodated my request to pick up on Sat rather than Fri.

Interstate was in constant communication with me, via email and phone, to arrange a convenient pickup time/location. The transaction was seamless- car inspected, loaded and on its way within 30 min.

Interstate contacted the recipient of the car to report the pickup and ETA. Regular updates were provided. A mutually agreed upon delivery date exceeded expectations.
