I selected the AmeriFreight because of the highest on-line rating and BBB rating. I was assigned to Jessica. She was honest and helpful. It took 6 days for a carrier to get interested in and I had to pay $105 more. It was OK with me. The car was in CA after 8 days, in a perfect condition, during such a deep winter. I am pretty satisfied with it. Jessica is great. I have no complaint. There are two minor issues, 1). The e-mailsl came in were in my Gmail spam box (while the other companies e-mail were not in the spam inbox). It took me two days to realize it. I almost selected other brokers because I thought the AmerFreight did not bother to respond to my initial request.
2). The carrier did not do door-to-door. I had to drop-off and pick-off.
Other than these two things, AmeriFreight's Jessica did a great job.
