This was the first time I shipped a car and it was a very good experience. Graham was very transparent to me about the whole process and explained how everything worked. He always responded to my calls and questions quickly. A little more knowledge on the type of truck showing up and how long it will take them to get there would have been nice. I was ready for a truck with a 50 foot trailer to show up and have it take 4 days to reach Pennsylvania. The truck was smaller and the shipment was quicker which are both good mistakes, but I had already made accommodations for the bigger truck and longer shipment that I could have avoided if more accurate information was provided. Overall, Graham was very competent at his job and I enjoyed working with him.
