Since I had never been involved with this type of transaction, I was very nervous about getting involved with companies I had never had prior experience with. After all, this is a car I'm shipping not a regular package. All I could think of was how many things could go wrong. Too many variables, I thought. From the beginning, the staff at AmeriFreight began to calm the fears with excellent communication including emails and phone. I dealt with Graham who shepherded me through each step. He followed up just as he said he would. The price was what I had expected following my internet research. The pickup was on time and went smoothly as my neighbors and I watched the loading process with great interest. The drivers were very adept at moving the cars around the carrier to fit each car on. The transaction at the other end also went smoothly with the car arriving in one week instead of ten days. Although dirty from the open transit, it was in the same good condition as when it was loaded on. I would certainly work with AmeriFreight again and have recommended them to friends and the neighbors who watched with me as the adventure began.
