Our overall experience was a success - the vehicle was delivered without incident to my son in the LA area. This was my first experience moving a car cross country so I was learning as we went. On the front end, the process of agreeing to a price which is not really a price was a bit mystifying so first time users should ask questions and be sure they understand what they are getting. We also had a little bit of uncertainty about pick-up date because of weather challenges. Our original pick-up date was pushed back because of weather, and then there was some confusion on when the pick-up date would be. It is also useful for first time users to ask whether the pick-up will be from their residence. In my case, it was not possible and so I had to meet the vehicle somewhere and that created some scheduling challenges. Once the vehicle was loaded, however, everything was great. The car made it to my son and he reported that it was in great shape. Thank you.
