This was my first time ever shipping a vehicle and it was a very positive experience. My contact, Jessica Ferris, was helpful. Any pertinent shipping information was dispatched to me in a timely manner, and they were very accomdating in terms of my delivery window given I was moving to a different state (via rental truck) at the same time my car was being shipped.
Overall, I would definitely use the company again if I had to ship my car.
Car arrived dirtier than when shipped, but no other damages or problems were incurred.
