We are very pleased with AmeriFrieght and the service they provided. From the moment I made inquiries on the phone and online chat with Jessica who was friendly and knowledgable - she provided me with the comfort I needed to transport my car across the country with them. She kept the lines of communication open with me. Jessica put in touch with the driver who was also available to queries. The drivers were very professional and courteous. The bidding process and finding a transporter almost took longer (7days) than the actual drive across country (6 days). There was a winter storm during the drive so when the car arrived - it was very dirty (to be expected). The windshield also had cracked (also to be expected). Luckily my insurance covers a replacement without a deductible. Overall we are very pleased with AmeriFreight and the driver chosen. We will use them again when we move back.
