Great Experience with Freight Broker

My overall experience using AmeriFreight as a broker was positive. The time to find a carrier was a little longer than expected, but my agent worked hard to find a carrier for me at a very fair cost. Additionally, the communication with broker was excellent. My broker always kept me up to date on what we had going on. The only recommendation I would offer as an opportunity for improvement is that the brokers be a little more clear about how the whole process works. I shipped two cars recently for a move and AmeriFreight secured me a price that was about 500 dollars less than my other car, which I did not ship with AmeriFreight.
