Our apologies for not sending a quote to this customer within our normal 24 hour wait period. We strive to be the best in customer service, and our goal is to always be reachable by our customers through both phone and email. Unfortunately, there is not much leeway when it comes to paying carriers. Most will only accept payment in the form of a cashier's's check or cash. We take every review constructively, and we will use this customer's comments to help us better maintain contact with each and every Amerifreight customer.
