I have never shipped a vehicle before and while I was a nervous wreck the entire time - Graham was patient with my calls and questions. In the end, the pick up was smooth. The driver was pleasant. The delviery went smooth as well - they called and arranged ahead of time to deliver. Only issue was a chip in my paint on the hood but with an open carrier that can happen with rocks etc.
