The day that my car was to be picked up they called and said they found someone to pick it up but it would be an additional 300$. I wanted to be there when they picked it up because I was flying out of state the following day so consequently I said ok. Out of my total price 345$ went to Amerifreight which seems like a lot of money for a middle man to post my car on a board for any truck to grab. My car was not damaged that I can see which is good, it was delivered a few days late but I didn't need it right away anyways. Overall it was just about as torturous as the rest of the shippers, hopefully that was the last time. I shipped my car from wa to va previously through another company.
