After placing an inquiry with Amerifreight, I was put in contact with Graham, a representative. He was extremely courteous and professional to deal with. I was moving across the country some 2000 miles from Simi Valley California to Hendersonville Tennessee. I had never used an auto transport service before and was very apprehensive. I knew absolutely nothing about shipping vehicles and expressed my concern to Graham.
He was very patient with me, answered all my questions and provided a number of options for me so that I could make the best decisions possible for transporting my vehicle.
My long distance move was on a tight schedule and I moved the pickup date several times. Graham was extremely patient and flexible and accommodated each of my changes. After many phone calls to Graham I finally settled on a date.
The quoted bid price was $1000.00 which was very reasonable and much cheaper than a number of the competitors. Graham was very honest and explained that the price could go higher...up to $1400.00 depending on which shipper accepted the job.
SARS Auto Transporter accepted the bid for $1000.00. The driver Ed, was very courteous, honest and professional. Ed picked up the vehicle a day earlier. He was very flexible and I was able to arrange to meet him in Tennessee for delivery.
The vehicle was delivered in good condition with no problems noted. A special thank you to Graham and Ed plus Amerifreight and SARS for their efforts. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
