Thanks to my friend's referral, I don't have to spend lot of my times doing research on car transport companies. I was very impressive with the deal that AmeriFreight had.
The staffs here were very friendly and helpful. Because it was my first time shipping my car, I have no experiences with the procedures and the rules. Bob and Graham were the two staffs that helped me through the entire time I worked with AmeriFreight. They explained to me what things I should do and walked me through the whole process of shipping. After they done go over the rules and the packages for shipping, I always received an email right away with all the information that they just provided earlier. Their responding was very quick and that was I like the most when working with anyone.
Comparing to other companies, AmeriFreight is true to their words. I am very happy I did pick this company. They said they will pick up my car on that day and they did. At first, I want my car to deliver at this location in FL, but then later I changed to a different location. They did not charge me anything and happily agreed with it. My car said it will be there within 10 days and I did pick up my car within the 10 days as they said.
I was very satisfied with the services that AmeriFreight provided. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else because AmeriFreight is very friendly and helpful.
