Great experience. Nothing beats personalized customer service. I sent in an inquiry and got an almost immediate response. I was completely stressed about trying to move my car from Connecticut to California. As soon as I spoke to Graham at AmeriFreight, my worries were alleviated. He explained the process to me clearly, answered my stupid questions, and walked me through my next steps. I worked with Graham the whole time, no getting juggled from person to person. Carriers can be difficult to get in touch with, so it was great to have a middle man looking out for me. Graham called me every step of the way to make sure things were working out, and was always ready to advocate for me. My car arrived quickly and in good condition.
