We had to move a Jeep from CA to a mountainous, off the beaten track, town in NC, a route not many auto transporters take. We opted for the 2 day pickup service but it took longer before Bob found us a driver. We had to increase our bid, but AmeriFreight added $100 of their money to our bid and lessened their profit, demonstrating their commitment to customers.
Once we had a driver, everything went exceptionally smoothly and Jeep arrived 3 days earlier than anticipated, in excellent shape.
Bob is a conscientious, hard working facilitator who made the Jeep movement possible; very easy to work with and communicate with. Will definitely use AmeriFreight again if the need arises.
We did receive a small incentive to post this review; however, we would have posted a 100 per cent positive review anyway because of the ease in dealing with AmeriFreight and their professionalism, spearheaded by Bob Turner.
