Looking for a car carrier seemed like a daunting task when I went to the internet to begin researching carrier companies. After checking the BBB website I settled on several companies and began making calls. When I reached AmeriFreight I spoke to Graham Turner. Right from the beginning I felt at ease with the way he spoke and answered my questions. He clearly explained how the process would proceed. There only seemed to be a couple of carriers that gave a flat rate. Graham gave me an estimate and a range he thought the price could fall into. He seemed honest and direct with my concerns so I decided to go with AmeriFreight.
Graham was very informative about fees; insurance options; pickup; delivery and driver contact.
After I contacted the driver and arranged for pickup I received another phone call from Graham just checking to see if things were going well. I was really impressed with the customer service I received.
I would tell anyone to do their homework but to put AmeriFreight on theiir list of companies to check out. I received excellant customer service and honest and direct information. We also saved $1000 as our moving company was going to charge $2000 to ship the car.
