This was our second experience with Ameri Freight. Our first experience was above and beyond excellent. The first time the pick up was prompt and the delivery was prompt. This experience was good BUT it took much longer than planned. I'm not exactly sure why? Maybe it was the type of vehicle or the location of the pick up? Fortunately, we were not in need of our vehicle, which allowed us to be flexible with the extended pick up of the vehicle. The customer service from both the scheduler and drivers were fantastic this time as well. We would definitely use Ameri Freight again if needed.
