I had high hopes after speaking to another company about shipping my vehicle due to having to move because we were on military orders. I booked the shipment weeks prior to the day I needed my vehicle shipped. However, days leading up to the pickup date, I still had not been contacted about a confirmed driver to do the job. After numerous calls and emails- and being hung up on twice, I found via another broker that my car was not going to be picked up because the bid was too low, and to add insult to injury, I would have owed the driver an additional 200-dollars on top of what I was quoted had the shipment took place before he/she would have released my car. Because we had to leave on a specific date (which this comany was aware) I was forced to book with another carrier, and would you believe my car was confirmed, with driver, the same day- the company who found that carrier was Amerifreight! Mr. Turner was so helpful and really made me feel comfortable after what was a stressful previous experience. Thank you so much Amerifreight for helping my keep my family together! I will definitely refer you to my military friends anytime they are looking for a company to ship their car. Many, many, many thanks!!!!
