AmeriFreight was understanding and helpful throughout the process. I am very satisfied with their services. There were no hidden fees. The carrier (Baker Transport) lost my car's radio antenna and I will be filing a claim with them, but that isn't AmeriFreight's fault. My car was also very dirty, but that's bound to happen with winter storms.
