We'd all love to ship a car across the country for cheap, but the reality is that it just can't be cheap.
After getting my feet wet with this first car shipping experience and figuring out how it all works, I can only imagine the possible nightmare that could have resulted from going with the low bidders out there.
Amerifreight's quote was not cheap, but it also wasn't at the top end of the spectrum.
I was pretty anxious over the whole cross country scenario and the expense of the move. In retrospect, my money was well spent - - Amerifreight eased my worries, and the vehicle arrived on time and unscathed.
A pretty painless process.
